Vision Statement

Our traditional Sunday morning worship combines scripture, prayer and preaching to honor God. Our worship is Bible-based, vibrant, meaningful, and culturally relevant. Everything we do in The Salvation Army is rooted in love for our Creator. It is because of God's blessings that we are able to be a blessing to others.

The Salvation Army's ministries offer a variety of Christian programs to meet your spiritual needs. If you are looking for a new church home or just want someone to pray with you, our church provides a hub for your spiritual development.

Youth & Teen Programs

The Salvation Army believes in the value of building a solid life foundation through Christian fellowship and educational programs for youth and teens.

We offer a variety of character building programs for boys and girls of all ages. The curriculums are high-energy and fast-moving with large-group activities surrounding a short, interactive Bible story presentation.

Wednesday nights we offer a Salvation Army Youth (SAY) program from 4:30pm - 7:30pm. This program gives youth the opportunity to earn emblems for completing tasks in areas that encourage spiritual, mental, physical and social growth. They offer service to the local corps and the community at-large similar to other boys and girls troops. The character building troops include Sunbeams, Girl Guards, Moon Beams and Adventure Corps and Rangers.

Contact our office at (719) 636-3891 to find a program for your youth.

We promote a purposeful life that encourages women to work toward the betterment of the home, the community, the nation and the world.

We offer women's Sunday School Classes each Sunday and Home League (Women's Bible Study) every Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. Contact us at (719) 636-3891 for more details.
